2024 Season 2 Trials
Placement on T2 A team and T2 B team was determined by a robust points system:
For each Match played in the round robin = 100
For each Game won per match = 20
For each Match won = 20
For each Match umpired and scorecard filled accurately = 5
For confirming in writing (email) that Statutes Chapter 2 has been read = 3
For confirming in writing (email) that Statutes Chapter 3 has been read = 6
For confirming in writing (email) that HMO has been read = 10
For attending Virtual Training Seminar(s) from start to finish (min 4 hours) = 16
Beginner Umpire Exam Test Marks (virtual) = 21
Intermediate Umpire Exam Test Marks (virtual) = 21
Advanced Umpire Exam Test Marks (virtual) = 18
Umpire Exam 1 Marks (at venue) = 100
Umpire Exam 2 Marks (at venue) = 100
Based on the accumulated points, the top 4 players were appointed to represent T2 A team, and similarly, the bottom 4 (or 5) players were appointed to represent T2 B team.
