The JTTA league is a thriving community of table tennis enthusiasts in the Johannesburg region. The league provides a platform for players of all skill levels to compete, improve their game, and enjoy the exciting sport of table tennis.

Expectations from Team Captains
- Familiarize self and team with the JTTA League by-laws and strive to comply fully.
- Regularly check the JTTA League schedule to stay updated on upcoming fixtures.
- Liaise with opposing team captains to plan and confirm fixture details.
- Liaise with team players to plan how visiting teams are hosted (Snacks/Refreshments at Home Fixtures).
- Arrange for both JTTA match scoresheets and internal T2 scoresheets to be printed before each match.
- Decide on the playing roster for every fixture and ensure all players are informed.
- Take a team photo in club colors at each fixture.
- Verify/Complete and submit the JTTA match scoresheet and the team's photo via email to the JTTA League Manager at league@tabletennis.joburg
- Verify/Complete and submit the internal T2 match scoresheet and the team's photo via email to the T2 Technical Team at info@t2tabletennis.co.za
- Designate a stand-in team captain when the official team captain is unavailable.

Participate in Photos: Participate in team photos at each fixture, wearing club colors.
Score Verification: Assist in capturing/verifying scores and ensuring that all match details are accurately recorded on the JTTA and internal T2 match scoresheets.
Engage in Practice: Actively participate in team practice sessions organized by the team captain.
Support the Team: Provide support and encouragement to teammates during matches, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Raise Concerns: Report any grievances or potential issues to the team captain promptly to ensure they can be addressed effectively.
Check Rankings: Stay informed by double-checking scores, rankings, and statistics on both the JTTA and T2 websites after updates.

JTTA League Player Incentive Voucher
Eligibility for JTTA League Player Incentive Voucher:
All registered League members with valid JTTA player IDs participating in the JTTA league.
Conditions for JTTA League Player Incentive Voucher:
Vouchers will be awarded after the JTTA League season has concluded.
Completed internal club scorecards and fixture/team photos are mandatory for claiming incentives.
Internal club scorecards and photos must be submitted via email to specified email address within 7 days after the respective fixture. Download internal scorecard HERE.
Voucher amounts are calculated per game won in a singles match.
Conditions for Team Captain's Incentive Voucher:
Captain bonus amounts are calculated per fixture won during the season.
Redemption and Conditions:
All winnings will be accumulated through the season and awarded as vouchers redeemable at the T2 Shop.
All Incentive Voucher Claims must be submitted before the 'Last Scorecard Due' date of the relevant league season.
Vouchers will expire within 6 months from date issued.
Forfeiture Conditions:
Players will forfeit 50% of their previously accumulated winnings if they misrepresent the team/club at a fixture.
Examples include (but not limited to):
- Not wearing club attire.
- Failing to communicate availability for fixtures.
- Delayed feedback from captains to the team or vice versa.
- Causing fixture delays.
- Misbehavior.
- Failure to prevent walkovers.
Total Potential Winnings Per League Season:
(With two seasons per year, these amounts double annually.)

Any disputes regarding the incentive initiative will be addressed by the club officials, whose decisions will be final.
