Please carefully read the terms below:
📌 2026 Registration Fee:
R100 per person (Includes 2 Trial Club Sessions)
✅ Discount Eligibility: All discounts apply only after settling any outstanding 2025 fees, and for Annual Membership Fees ONLY.
📌 2026/2027 Base Membership Fee:
Active Membership: R1100 per person per Financial year (ends November)
📌 Tier 1 Discounts:
- Junior Discount: R250 (for members under 18)
- Very Junior Discount: R250 (for members under 13)
- Female Discount: R250
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): R100 (valid PCC submitted and not older than 5 years)

Projected Membership Benefits
T2 Membership Discounts & Benefits
Your T2 membership fee is made up of a Base Fee, less any discounts and benefits you qualify for.
The Base Fee is determined by resolution of the T2 Executive and may be reviewed from time to time.
How the Discount Base Works
The Discount Base is calculated as 20% of the applicable Base Fee, rounded to the nearest R50.

1. New Membership Applications & Membership Renewals
The following discounts are available when applying for new membership or renewing your T2 membership.
A. General Member Discounts
Each qualifying condition provides one Discount Base discount. These discounts may be combined where more than one condition applies.

Example: A female member aged 12 qualifies for all three discounts: Female, Under 18 and Under 13.
B. Qualifications & Contributions

| Elected Venue Committee Member | −R25 per quarter |
| Elected Venue Committee Lead | −R50 per quarter |
Recognised umpire and coaching qualifications include applicable SATTB and ITTF umpire/coaching certifications recognised by T2.
Service discounts apply only where the member was duly elected. Simply serving in a position without having been elected does not qualify for the applicable service discount.
C. Referral Discount
Active members can earn a membership discount by referring new members to T2.

The referral discount is applied when the referring member renews their membership the following year.
D. T2S League Performance
Active members can earn additional membership discounts based on their performance in the previous year's T2S League.

League points also contribute towards a membership discount:

E. T2 Shop Rewards
T2S League points can also earn T2 Shop vouchers. These vouchers are separate from membership-fee discounts.

2. Early-Bird Membership Renewal Discounts
Early-Bird discounts apply only to membership renewals.
To qualify, members must settle all membership fees in full within the first 30 days of the new financial year, by 30 December.
Payment arrangements, promises to pay or outstanding balances do not qualify for Early-Bird discounts.
A. Early-Bird Status Discounts

These discounts may be combined. Example: An unemployed pensioner over 70 qualifies for both the Over-60 and Over-70 discounts.
B. Attendance Discounts
Your participation during the previous year can also reduce your renewal fee. The applicable rate is multiplied by the number of qualifying sessions and official meetings attended during the previous year.

The more you participate, contribute, serve and achieve, the more opportunities you have to reduce your next membership fee.
Please note: T2 Shop vouchers earned through league points are separate from membership-fee discounts.
T2 Member Perks & Benefits
Registered T2 Club Members may also qualify for additional perks and benefits when participating in official table tennis activities. Terms and conditions apply.
PERK — Tiered Entry Fee Reimbursement
Official Ranked Tournaments — Nationwide
Active T2 members may qualify for reimbursement of their tournament entry fee when competing at an official ranked tournament while wearing club-branded T2 attire.
Reimbursement is based on the member's performance at the tournament:

A meal subsidy is provided to T2 members who are entered and competing at official ranked events.
BONUS — Referral Reward
Referring New Active or League Club Members
Active T2 members can earn a referral reward when they introduce new members to the club.

From league performance and attendance to qualifications, referrals and tournament achievements, your involvement with T2 can translate into tangible rewards.
The more you put into T2, the more opportunities T2 gives back.
You will then have 30 days to experience 2 club sessions! Thereafter - you would be invoiced with the applicable membership fees.
