  • NiniMeeniMoe should be run separate at each venue with different themes to encourage participation
  • Keep T2S League combined regardless of venue to encourage cross pollination
  • T2 Referral bonuses are to continue over renewal periods and only applicable where the refering membership number ends with "01". Bonusses can be claimed from referred members who do not end with "01". (meaning that their membership lapsed and their original referring member convinced them to rejoin)
  • Up to 2 free complimentary sessions may be enjoyed within 1 month (30 days) after registration
  • Only one (1) complimentary session permitted if enjoyed prior to submission of registration form
  • Renewal fee discounts applicable only for members in good standing within 31 days of the new financial year
  • AVH awards - based on exams (theory) and 2 practical evaluation (negative marking)
    Theory focus = scoreboard + hand signals
    Practicals focus = scoreboard + hand signals + general umpire conduct (toss + presentation + time keeping + calls)

Resolutions in Q4

  • Any new joiner in the last 2 months of a financial year will pay full year's membership fees (as decided for the next year) and their membership term will extend to the end of the next financial year.
  • No formal year-end function like previous years. Only extend invite to current and former members who are in good-standing, and their immediate household members.
  •  Base Membership Fee for 2026 is set at R1100. Early bird discounts only applicable if settled in full before 1st January 2026.
